The Saluki, also known as the Arabian Hound, the Gazelle Hound, and the Persian Greyhound, is a breed of dog in the Hound Group. This breed has a very distinctive look, and they were once the royal dogs of ancient Egypt. The Saluki was recognized by the AKC in 1927.The average Saluki stands 23 to 28 inches high at the shoulders and weighs between 30 and 60 pounds. Their coat is very easy to care
